6th June d- day celebrations in Normandy


D Day 6th June 1944 – d-day 6th June 2010 66 years on… This is the 7th year we’ve had a WW2 veteran stay in our home here in Normandy not 10 miles from where he landed that fateful day 66 years ago. Harry now almost 86 is getting frail – but during the week we met lots of others to include one ramrod straight Screaming Eagle 93 years old that still buys and sells shares on the market everyday!
